HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES ON THE ORDER?

We are trying to ship the items the soonest, so for any changes like:

  • change of address
  • change in size
  • change of personal information
  • change of product
  • change in color

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Mystical Magik uses an industry standard privacy protection. We don't sell, lease or distribute any personal customer information. Your sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run database.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

We ship to all countries all over the world.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Retail Jewelries - 3 - 5 weeks

Free Items - 15 - 30 business days

Apparels - 15 - 20 business days

Orders are being processed in two - three business days. 

*Please take note that orders may take longer to arrive in the event that:

  • we receive huge volume of orders
  • sizes have to be customized

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is not delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

***Please be advised that there are factors that may affect the delivery timeframe such as, but not limited to, extreme weather condition, custom clearance, human error, huge volume of order, peak season, etc. But rest assured that all items will be shipped in a timely manner.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

If there's a tracking number available for your product, look up the order status in the "Track Order" page. This will show the tracking, if available. Most of our promotional offers don't come with tracking as this dramatically drops the shipping cost for you, the customer. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. Generally, we send the items out within 12 - 48 hours after we receive the payment, so please submit cancellation request to customer service 10AM EST after the order is placed. Beyond the time limit, we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION

The order confirmation is being sent to the email indicated on the order right after the order is placed. You may check your spam or junk folder, if it doesn't show in your inbox. Please make sure email address is keyed in correctly.

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR?

50% of the item cost, PLUS a flat rate of $4.95 for the shipping is charged on the following circumstances: 

- The buyer mistakenly ordered a wrong size, color, item.

- Tracking shows delivered, but did not receive.

- Incorrect address was indicated on the order.

*Insured shipping is charged on free items.

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF MY ORDERS, WHERE ARE THE OTHERS?

We have warehouses all over Asia so frequently, we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't panic, everything will arrive!   

30-DAY EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE

We’re confident that you’ll love your Mystical Magik purchase; however, you may reach out to us within 30 days of the date of delivery, in worst case that the item does not meet your expectation and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange. (Terms and conditions apply.)

WHAT CAN YOU EXCHANGE?

- defective items
- items that wear off too soon
- incorrect order*
- incorrect size**

*We shipped an item, by mistake, different from the one that you ordered.

**If the size of the item you got is different from the size you ordered, we replace it absolutely free of charge. But if the size of the item is exactly the same size you ordered, but turned out to be too small/big, we may send a replacement, wherein the buyer would pay 50% of the item cost, PLUS a flat rate of $4.95 for the shipping.

VALID RETURNS for EXCHANGING ITEMS

We accept returns on items with the original packaging and materials, including gift boxes and the shipping bag.

Any item that has been in the customer’s possession for less than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.

INVALID RETURNS for EXCHANGING ITEMS

Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving.
Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.

IF YOU AREN'T SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the situation and the type of item involved. If you would not like the item replaced and want a refund, ONLY 50% of the item cost will be refunded, and 50% will be charged to cover the cost for sending the order, and part of the items price.

*** Please note that WE DO NOT REFUND free items, as well as the shipping cost, for any reason.


WHEN CAN YOU ISSUE A REFUND?

Full refund will be issued ONLY if:

  • an item cannot be replaced due to it being out of stock .
